DELIVERY IN LIPETSK AND WITHIN THE BORDERS OF LIPETSK OBLAST

Courier company working hours:

  • Monday - Friday from 9 am till 7 pm.

Once the order has been placed, a courier service manager will contact you to confirm the order and agree on the delivery date. Your order will normally be delivered within the two working days following the order confirmation.

In the morning of the day of delivery, you will be contacted by the courier to arrange the exact time for your order.

The delivery of orders in Lipetsk and within the borders of Lipetsk Oblast is done so by the transport service of Elissa’s online store.

Cost of delivery:

  • For orders over 2,000 RUB — delivery is free.
  • For orders under 2,000 RUB — 350 RUB.

You can pay for the order on our website by making an online payment, as well as by paying in cash or by bank card to the courier upon receipt of your order. You will be required to show your ID in order to receive your order which was pre-paid online.

After you have placed your order, you will be contacted by an operator from the courier company. Usually, it takes two working days after the order is confirmed. You will be contacted by the courier in the morning of the delivery day to agree on a more specific time to deliver your order.

When ordering, select a convenient pick-up point or courier delivery to the place where you prefer to receive the goods. The approximate delivery time is calculated automatically. The calculator also generates the cost of delivery.

You can pay for your order, including delivery, on the website of the online shop by bank card or electronic money.

We will deliver the shipment to the location provided by you. Delivery to the address is valid anywhere in Russia: both within the city where the department of Delovye Linii is located, and in locations where there is no terminal.

PAYMENT METHODS

Please choose the most convenient method of payment. Shipment can be paid by the sender, receiver or the third party. If the payment has not been received by the time you are expected to receive your goods, then you must have the payment order with you which has been stamped by the bank. If it was marked electronically, then the stamp of the paying company and the signature of an authorised representative of the organisation are required.

DELIVERY TO AN ADDRESS

When we start to schedule the delivery, you will receive an SMS with the delivery details and a link to our website.

Before the driver arrives, please have your documents ready for collection. In case entry to the premises is restricted, please check the model and licence plate number of the courier's car in advance in order to arrange a pass for the car. The courier can also give the order to the client at the gate.

You may open the parcel and inspect its contents upon delivery. You may refuse to receive your order until you have paid for it. Upon receipt, please sign the bill of lading and the forwarding receipt and then collect the shipment.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will find a button in the ‘Orders’ section of your personal account on the ELISSA website, when you click on it, you will be redirected to the product tracking page.

PICK UP YOUR ORDER FROM A TRANSPORTATION COMPANY

You will get a message or a call from an operator, once your order arrives at the respective pickup location. The order can then be picked up by the same person, whose name was given when the order was placed or by a representative of the recipient, provided they have a notarised power of attorney for the right to receive the goods. To receive your order, you have to bring your passport with you. If the recipient or representative have no passport with them, the transport company reserves the right to refuse issuing the ordered goods.

CHANGING THE RECEPIENT’S NAME

Should you need to change the name of the receiving party after the order has been placed, please contact us by calling +7 (909) 219-92-33 and provide us with the details of the new recipient. Otherwise, the transportation company has the right to refuse handling over the order to someone who hasn’t been named as the recipient.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE PACKAGING OF YOUR ORDER IS INTACT UPON RECEIPT

We encourage you to check your goods for any signs of external damage and that it comes in its full set in the presence of an employee of the delivering company.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept either claims of external damage to our goods, or complaints about the contents of your order/product if you have already signed the receipt documents.

STORAGE

Orders are stored at the pickup location no longer than 7 days.
