PICKUP LOCATION
You can pick up your order yourself after receiving confirmation from one of our online store employees, visit our pickup point located at the following address: V.I. Rukavtsova Street, 17, Podgornoye, Lipetsk Oblast, 398532 (12-minute walk from the Riviera shopping mall, Lipetsk city).
You can pay for your order at the pickup point by cash or bank card, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are also possible.

- Monday to Friday from 9 am till 7 pm
Please note:
To receive your order, which was pre-paid online by bank card, you have to bring your passport with you. Should the client not have their passport with them, the employees at our pickup point reserve the right to refuse handing over the ordered goods.
Should you need to change the name of the receiving party after the order has been placed, please contact us by calling +7 (4742) 24-15-80 or +7 (909) 219-92-33 and provide the details of the new recipient. Otherwise, the employees at our pickup office have the right to refuse to give the order to someone who hasn’t been named as the recipient of the order.
We insist that you make sure that there are no signs of external damage on the product and that there is anything missing in the presence of a pickup office employee.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept either claims of external damage to our goods, or complaints about the contents of your order/product if you have already signed the receipt documents.
